Steven, if you could concoct a coffee blend that TASTED like conventional coffee (could spice it with cinnamon, nutmeg, etc.), gave the same EFFECT (laxative & sensory enhancement) and was the same PRICE as conventional coffee, you could start up a franchise similar to Starbucks/Caribou and toute it as the 'good coffee' that neither causes acidosis nor the crash and burn syndrome! The health food community alone would make you a rich man...more ca$h COULD allow you to promote more positive influences via your ideas!
