for crying out loud! did you read the warnings associated with Codalax?
It sounds like Oxypowder would be a much better alternative than turning your arse pink and risking other horrible side effects.
Oxy poeder is not addictive, wont mess with the good flora in your gut and it will end your constipation fast.
