I have been using Oxypowder on and off. I find that it is very strong. I know some people can take up to 8 or 10 tablets, but I find that only 2 is enough to get a result. After a few days I can get to feeling tired and kind of weak. So at the moment I am taking only 1 tablet each night to try and get a more gentle result.
