yeah, I used coconut oil and all that. I know the Acne is a sign of toxins being released any way they can and I'm working diligently on that, too. It just made my skin so much oilier. I've tried repeatedly with different brands. I hear "Total EFAs" are the best. I also tried just flax seed oil, hoping it would be different. I'll try again later but as of now, it just seems to make me oilier. Maybe once I've cleaned everything really well and things start to work better, I'll add them in again.

Have you done any liver flushes? or taken chinese/swedish bitters?
