I cannot emphasize the importance of doing an enema or getting a colonic.

This is one of the most important parts of flushing, or you can get worse as the toxins from the small intestine are recirculated through the liver.

DO AN ENEMA RIGHT AWAY IF POSSIBLE!

Oh, and congrats on a great flush! I'm so happy you got all that junk out!!! That's great!
