If you click on the link that was inside the post I linked to you, this is the person's website. Their username is the name of their website. It gives directions and information for a protocol for cancer treatment. They are not selling any products and indicate that the ingredients for the protocol can be purchased at any HFS.

As for the posts in the Marketplace Forum, all the Subject lines are names of drugs used to treat cancer. It appears that all this person is doing is suggesting an alternative treatment protocol and providing directions for that protocol.
