I felt lousy this morning, but feel better after drinking a 20 oz. Gatorade and 50 ozs. of water and then having some fruit and yogurt. I think alot of my symptoms are from dehydration and low blood sugar. Hopefully, everything goes well through the end of the day.

I bought a saline enema at CVS prior to doing the flush for "clean-up" purposes, and was wondering if you felt it was okay to use this, as opposed to a coffee enema or something from that exotic realm.
