Cold hands and feet are a classic sign of heavy metal toxicity. Usually the body has an over growth of heavy metals before candida symptoms. Google-( heavy metals candida), and you will find the most important thing you can do for candida is to get rid of the heavy metals. I just read on one site yesterday that the reason people have horrible die off is because the body is trying to protect itself from heavy metals by encapsulating the heavy metals with candida. When candida is destroyed the metals are set free to do more damage. Research for yourself, I can only give you my opinion on the research I have done on the internet. It also brings out that once you chelate the heavy metals the candida go's with it. So in my opinion you need to address the cause-not the symptoms. If you research it you may come to the same conclusion. Anyway I believe I no longer have candida because I addressed the cause of the problem. I used only natural things like garlic, and cilantro, etc... I hope this helps.
