Could it be an idea to take some Vitamin C or Magnesium to help with more regular BMs? I'm up to 18 IF#1 capsules and still only once a day.
A friend told me Schulze says in his book that you don't being seeing mucoid plaque until after about 5 cleanses, yet on his site he says 80% of people are better after 1 cleanse. What's the deal?
