There are more experienced people on this forum who would tell you more but i can re;ate my experience to you. i was as desperate about about 20 days ago. Then someone told me to do master cleanse. i did that for 10 days. thereafter I did Liver Cleansing and now my Acne is quite under control- except that the ones that were lying just beneath the first layer of skin that I could feel but would not come out are now coming out once and for all. Its important to get to the root of it. The external applications can do only so much and no more and are a real waste of money and time. I would strongly recommend that you do the internal cleansing before you try anythign else.
