I am the same as you! After 2-3 weeks on diet (no anti-fungals yet)I awoke with terrible lower back pain, could hardly move for days and full bladder feeling. 10 days on and it is easing, but very slowly. I got my urine tested yesterday cos I thought I might have a bladder/kidney infection, but got an OK on that. So figure it must be die-off.

I also feel very cold.
