Yes, intestinal caps are the right ones. I can only say it helped me tremendously. Recently I stupidly assumed my candida was under control and stopped taking the horopito and wham! started breaking out within a week again. When first starting, I noticed a general lack of inflammation, with the hard cyst-like ones becoming liquidy and clearing up in weeks.
Let me know if it works for you as I have developed a theory -based on my own experience- that candida is more prevalent than we know and the cause of acne.
