I think I'm going to start it up again eventually, but very slowly and do it for a few days then off for a few days. Very low dosages and some painting. I'm amazed at the people who can take tons of it with no problems. Not me! If it doesn't take that much (I was up to 6 drops a day) to flip me to hyper thyroid, then I must not be that deficient. I guess we just have to let our bodies tell us what they need and don't need!
