Next Monday is gonna be 2 weeks since I started an Anticandida Diet (from AskShelley.com). I got terrible Sugar cravings the first week and I've been feeling very cold (hands and feet) specially after meals.

But since yesterday I'm feeling the worst, I got an awful pain in my belly spreading to my lower back, I feel dizzy and plainly miserable. I've feel worst that I was before (3 years of digestive unexplained disorders) and I'm worried. I can't work or concentrate, even writing this is difficult.

Is this normal after 2 weeks? Anyone know anything that may help me go through this?
