Well, how come it doesn't eat healthy tissue? I've been putting it on a mole also, and it's getting softer and it's only been about 3 days so far. I'm also putting it on those age spots on one of my hands, as it's a very large spot. It's fading also.

If you put iodine on a place on your healthy skin for enough time, would it eat the healthy tissue?
