Yah, let me say that too...92 days??? Holy Cow!

Please tell us more. How in the world did you last? I don't know about juice, the only thing I knew about breaking a fast was from Fuhrman and Bragg...going with Fuhrman: first day one piece of Watermelon no bigger than your fist eaten every two hours the first day, and (if I'm remembering correctly) medium-sized pieces four times a day the second day.

Refer to the experts, please! I'd want to break a fast that long just as safely as possible!!!!
