wish I could help you with info, but wanted to congratulate you. How did you do it? ... My thought (that I get from my reading) is to be really slow and careful regardless of what you decide, or just let it depend on how you feel. I know Shelton and also one Isabelle Moser ("soil and health library" on line) write about long fasts and how to break them. congratulations again. write about how you accomplished this? thanks for sharing!
