Natural is always best.

You can also use deep earth clay which is polution free. Also deep earth salt which is poluution free. These 2 things in a bath are great. To maximize this you can add a little raw vinegar to the water. Dr. Christopher suggested a 50/50 mix of water and raw vinegar as a face wash.

At the Amish seminar we learned that 1 quart of raw vinegar to a bath would reduce the fever in a baby the best way known and also cleansed the skin, but at this ratio you might smell like a pickel unless you showered off afterwards.
