Ive been baddleing veinse for quite some time.With the spider veins ,Take a warm damp cloth and wrap it firmly around viened area,then wrap with a heating pad.This warm compressed damp heat should be repeated until desired results have been achieved.This works on spider veins,but I have the varicose vein problem an it only helps desolve clotting in my case.I learned this from a vein exray specailist.He said the spider veins were little bitty blood clots that will desolve with consistant,warm,compressed heat.This desolves the tiny clots.You can do this while your sleeping.It works great.Steven
