I also have been playing with the iodine and painting it on my thigh, a mole, etc..

I use acv, and tea tree oil. The tub soaks of the acv is great..I've been doing that for almost 3 months, along with taking it internally. I also pour it on my sores, etc.

I'm not sure what I have on my thigh is ringworm though. It's is weird and I just don't know what it could be. I am doing a parasite and worm cleanse, and that's the main reason I think it's starting to be healed. It's left some scars though. I should document the sores, it might come in handy sometime.
