I don't like to use the OTC antifungals sold in the drugstores, so I used things I am OK with eating like Lugol's iodine and coconut oil. Then again, it probably took longer to go away than if you used those, but at least it's gone now.

I suspect I have a parasite problem, too, and I suddenly had big outbreak of the stuff while supplementing internally with Lugol's iodine.
