So glad it is not HP. My gut feeling says HP is a good supplement, if used in right dosages.
Yes, it creats oxygen free radical, but then we need those kinds of free radicals to fight off bacteria/virus and enhance the immune system.

For some reason, Iodine supplementation did not go well with me. I got only bad sysmtoms and Acne ( which I have never had). I aborted all Iodine and am feeling a lot better. I just use Iodine for painting now and am scared to injest it.
