I've started taking a dose in the morning as well as increasing at night of IF#1. Still roughly at 1 BM a day, after 11 days. I read something about Bentonite being dangerous if the dose is high, it can explode the intestines and kill you. Is the IF#2 safe to take if i have 1 BM a day. I'm tempted to try it in the next week if i don't reach 2 BMs as my Depression is hell and want to crack on with things.
