Hi Fernando - Perhhaps we've all got thousands of stones to get rid of - depending on how old we are and how we have abused our bodies in the past (I'm nearly 50 and have definitely abused mine big time!!.

Let's keep flushing and follow a good diet and have respect for our bodies.

I'm sure, in the end, it will be worth it.

Perhaps we could have a reuinion when we are in our latter years and laugh about our previous ailments - It's a nice thought!
