Sorry for responding 68 or more hours late.

You said you have a 200ppm CS, correct?

Okay, pour 100cc to 8oz glass of distill water. Drink it 3x a day.

Your tongue should felt weird if you said you had a 200ppm.
If not, it maybe lost it poton.

The for over dose is diarhea. Just cut it down to 2x aday and eat live culture yogurt (unsweeten) after every drink.

Also, if your cs is good, in the morning it should also give your mouth a little after taste weirdness.

Ozone is good too but not necessary. The best of everything is 9hour sleep, keep your ph at 7-7.45.
