YOU LEASED YOUR HOUSE NUMBER TO THIS GUY?

Sounds like it could be ID theft. He doesn't seem to be very interested in a relationship. What personal information has he had access to? Can he get access to your phone records through your house number? Check your phone bill, call the phone company and check at the post office. It is not normal for anyone to want to "LEASE"/use any kind of identification of another person, how could that possibly be legitimate? Check your credit card account (call the company) and bank account AND your credit report.

There is NO legit reason for him using your address.

Companies don't have the time to care about ID theft, neither do the police want to deal with it, it is YOUR responsibility to be careful.
Look up your address, see where it is being used (records may not be current, but check anyway).

There are three credit bureaus and they don't always have information that matches, check each one. By law, you are allowed one free credit report each year (new laws might make it more often).

Some companies will try to get you to spend money, but there is a lot that you can find out about what is being done with your name and address for free online.

That he is using your address is serious, don't take it for granted.

HIS Cell Phone might be connected to your address and other addresses also (called phone portability).

Keep records (write it down with dates, "diary" in case you ever have to go to court).

What reason did he give for wanting to use your house number? (not that there is a GOOD [legit] one).
All he has to do is use your address "IN CARE OF" with a Post Office box in order to get your private info from companies and buy things in your name. Check everything and change companies. It's ID theft, prove me wrong.
