What are the drawbacks of taking Psyllium Seed Husks in capsule form vs. mixing it in liquid and drinking it?

Mixing it for me is a terrible inconvenience. I would prefer to pop 5 pills (5 grams total or 1 tsp) instead of manually mixing in a teaspoon of the powder into a drink.

I read another post where a person said they wanted their psyllium to start working right away, and in capsule form, the capsule has to digest. But in reality, the capsule is going to digest very quickly in the stomach, so you should get the same benefit, so long as you drink the same amount of water, right?
