Sure, will do ! Since I know I'm mag deficient I will do the 1 month protocol of spraying/soaking and should have some good news to report! I have tried Epsom Salt baths before and have noted (but not everytime) relaxing of spirit/muscles. Since I've only used the Magic Oil 2x now I can't really be 100 % if it is indeed better, but I thought it had a more profound effect . Perhaps one of the reasons might be because I sprayed my whole body with it. I have never done that with Epsom Salts .
