As much as I dislike the salt loading, I did it this morning, and found my pee to have a yucky color. My workout was lousy, I am so tired, but I will try to get "back to normal". I am off tomorrow, and will attend to this poor shell that houses my spirit - fluids, salt load, napping, baking bread while listening to dvd musicals - all the good stuff. No workout. Must recoup. Great thread, thanks!
