Great post! It is always a pleasure to read the experiences of a sensible faster, and learn your strategies for post-fast health. Is there a forum for IF? I'll have a look here at curezone, but would be interested to know what sites or forums you know of.

Day 10 for me, second pro colonic this week and I feel absolutely excellent. I really needed this one.
