Great work!

I didn't heed my own excellent advice and failed to taper off the weenie one cup of coffee I drink daily, and had a nasssssty caffeine headache Day 2 to show for it.

Ooops!

Day 10 for me, second pro colonic. Had one on Monday that really humbled me -- I'm starting to gunk up again! Ack! Today was much better and I will have another on Friday. Back on the Cleansing Trail for me!

This too shall pass. Have a wonderful cleanse!
