I don't recommend them for full dentures unless you are aware that if they do not fit correctly, they have to be done over, as they cannot adjust them well enough.  For partials they work well.  In the states, I don't know what they cost.  In Mexico, they are $350 to $500 (upper or lower) approximately, depending on where you go.
