Hey Torrie:

THanks to God, I have never had any metals in my mouth. So no Mercury to deal with. I am planning to take ALA for its anti-oxidants benefits.
One capsule has 250 mg, so thats what I am gonna start with. I already take a good B-complex but I am gonna add 5 mg of BIOTIN when taking ALA.

Otherwise, I have read that it can CAUSE GRAYS. Which I definately dont want.

Recently I have 6-7 grays which popped out right in front and cannot be hidden. I have been doing b-complex for a month now. Lets see if Biotin can do some miracle.
