i am not ready to tackle overseas, especially when i hear the nightmares that MH has had when he has shipped abroad. even canada is a problem. i want to keep it to the 50 states for now.

another group i havent heard from is newbies. it would be nice to have one or two people for who this is their first experience with iodine.

insight, have you given a report on what your protocol is doing for you? sounds like 50mg every other day or so. thats about what my daughter is on because i cant get her to be consistent. her stamina and disposition seems better when she takes it than when she doesnt. how about you? if you have much to say on this, post a new post for us, ok?
