Hey Torrie:

I just ordered ALA and am planning to take it with BIOTIN. ( I have read ALA can cause BIOTIN deficiency)

I read a few cases where ALA caused GRAY HAIR. After supplementing with Biotin, the grays went away. This kind of scared me as I have premature gray hair. And I want to reverse my gray and not add any more.

Could the suplhur in ALA be causing grays. I want to try ALA, just as a multivitamin for added anti-oxidants. I am also planning to supplement with NAC(N-Acetly Cystein)
