Since I'm just learning about how to use iodine, I'm thankful that you posted your experiences with it.

I'm just wondering if you feel like maybe you are now saturated and can back down from taking a high dose, why you would go off and not just go back to 1 or 2 drops per day?

I also don't like to think about doing those salt flushes..seems unnatural to me.
