It is important to report EVERYTHING, since we are all new to this.

I can't help you, but since I have been on it now for 7 months too, I have wanted to check if anyone has done the test to see if we should back off.

When I saw my MD, who is open minded, he said since he is my doctor I should slow down since my TSH had gone up from around 1 to 4. I know noone believes in tests, but it might be a good idea to send away for the urine test.

I have backed down but don't want to eliminate it all to-gether. I do about between 50-70 mg, for now that is my maintenance. Before I did more around 100mg.

It is hard to tell what to do, I had forgotten about the magnesium and I am taking it now since my leg cramps were coming back.
