I didn't tolerate higher doses very well at all. That might be cause I hadn't really done any cleansing prior to starting iodine. I was very emotional, massive headaches, incredible brain fog and slept all the time. It just wasn't pretty. Plus I am not a big fan of the salt push so I try to avoid that where-ever possible.
I would like to think that I could get things working OK with just smaller doses of Iodine over time. Only problem is, I am very impatient ;)
