I tried taking it at night and I must say it didn't make any difference to the quality (or should I say lack thereof) of my sleep. I take it mid morning. Not really sure why, just kind of worked out that way and I enjoy it then. If I ever get back up to bigger doses again, I will go back to splitting them up over 2 or 3 doses.
