Thanks for this great explanation. I started on Luguls in March? (I think) Been thru alot of detox, mainly headaches and cystic Acne but they have pretty much stopped by now. But the interesting thing you said is that the Iodine helps with candida. I have been getting a greenish vaginal discharge for the last few weeks and I have not had sex so it's not from that. I thought maybe it is candida and stopped eating fruit this past week. The question is do you think that could be candida die off symptoms?
