When you say fat in any form, are you including the good fats such as coconut oil, extra-virgin olive oil, pumpkinseed oil, etc in that statement?

Also, with respect to beets, I do not eat them because due to the Sugar content, they supposedly feed the candida. The exception is if they are cultured. However, I do understand that you can eat beet greens though as they are not detrimental to the candida fight.
