Hi, Thanks for your advice!!! I'll try the enemas and walking. I am taking Epsom Salt baths already--I can't tell if it's helping but it doesn't seem to hurt and I figure the Science is solid on that so I'll give it a go.
By the way, I am not on any treatments at all, other than the one 150 mg dose of Diflucan that I took 4 days ago and is supposedly out of my system. The only thing I'm doing right now is modifying my diet. (And I'll cut out the yogurt and berries--thanks!!!) If my symptoms don't get better, should I add some complex carbs so the die off isn't as severe? How long should I wait for the die-off episode to end?
It just doesn't seem healthy to overtax my immune system so severely all at once.
