I'm very sorry about your friend. I just went to the doctors today and they say I have avascular necrosis in the ball joint of my hip and will need surgery. I don't know what to do either, I just turned forty two. It was somehow fractured which caused disruption of the blood supply... Did you and your friends find anything out about a better way to treat something like this? Thanks very much, peace and blessings,
