The simpelest {sp?} way to learn your body type is to consult a kinesiologist. Or you can read THE ESSENCES AND THEIR USES in the "Bach Flower Essences for the FAMILY" handbook and choose your type.
(I am a kinesiologist and a nutritionist.)
