Day 8 and my wonderful professional colonic.

Bad news! I am starting to gunk up my poor abused colon again! I had planned Wednesday to be my last day but I think I will go to Friday and have another colonic. Must... get.... the gunk........ OUTTT!!

Hey, it's what I do! My grandaddy ended up with a colostomy. The Mayo Bros. actually managed to reconnect him so he didn't have to cart around the bag -- could it be.... GENETIC!!?

I DO feel excellent after unloading that stuck gunk. I was definitely seeing too many solids with my daily enema starting Day 6, had a feeling this was gonna happen.

I am on the Cleansing Trail for life! Regular maintenance for me! When I have broken my fast well I will do a Liver Flush or two.
