I started looking at this forum cuz for a very long time, seven years in fact, i had a very severe form of cystic Acne which left similar marks on my skin and found it very debilitating. Now my skin is clear, practically no scars, and i would like to help out were i can. One thing to remember is that what works for one person may not work for another, but here's what helped me. Basically from the experience of trying A LOT of creams and products, prescripted and non, I found the only way to battle the marks and pimples in general was to treat it internally. Its a bummer you can't go to a demeratlogist but simply look at your diet. The BEST food you can eat to help clear up those marks is............ soya beans. This is from my experience remember. A good diet in general REALLY helps with the skin's healing process, i can't stess that enough. Also chuck some extra vitamins and minerals in there. Take fish oil tablets that has omega three, evening primrose oil and vitamin c, lots of vitamin C.
