I also fell into the lowfat trend and deprived myself of important oils, and I have a long history of using food to stuff emotions, which I think I may have recently gotten a handle on, thankfully. I happen to LOVE coconut AND baking, so this is a recipe I will really enjoy! Especially since I have completely cut out baking...for the moment, since it seemed like no recipes were safe. And I will enjoy reading the coconut forum too.

I love the idea of putting tea in a goblet since it probably is more the idea of a special glass, special occasion and sharing with friends than actually having the alcohol. I haven't had a drink in many weeks, and I really don't miss it. My health is far more important. Haven't tested out the social situation yet, but now I have socials tools to work with.
