Will and determination has nothing to do with it in my case -- it's pure humbleness! When I found out how impacted my colon was I had to to everything I could to prevent further disaster. I DID achieve my main goal, turning 50 with a clean pink colon! Whatever your health goals, you CAN do it!

The pink tongue theoretically is a sign that you are done detoxing and ready to break your fast. I don't put much store by it.

I'm sure you notice how nasty the tongue gets while fasting -- the best we can do is brush them well and get on with it!
