I had already planed to start today and seen your post this morning,or at least finally read it this morning.I started one last week and fell off the wagon after the third day.Now we are accountable,RIGHT'.Its funny how we battle with the mind.I think sometimes that a Retreat during the fast,relaxing atmosphere,Fun things to keep you buisy,with like minded people would make it easier,You know,no stress,no one pulling at you.O, and some evening entertainment,Music and dancing. Wouldnt that be COOOL.Steven
