I've been fasting for 11 days now.
I have noticed that when I prepare food for my family when fasting, there is that inclination to put whatever is in my hand to my mouth!! I had to catch myself a few times with this habit.
I'm also going for reprogramming my eating habits. I know that sometimes I eat just our of habit, too.... not over eating necessarily, just eating for eating sake.
I have learnt on this fast that I have more control that I think I had (hehe!)
